Our Chicken Liver Biscotti are made in small batches in our Boulder bakery with fresh human grade ingredients. Chicken liver, the primary ingredient, helps to boost the protein content of these tasty all natural treats. The liver is supplemented with organic whole oat flour, farm fresh eggs and other good sources of nutrition, such as dried kelp for vitamins and protein and bone meal for calcium. The chicken liver comes from cage-free chickens raised humanely on a high quality vegetarian diet. Proudly made in the USA.
