- Products purchased from Peppercorn can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- A receipt, gift receipt, or purchase history is required for all returns.
- Items such as food, seasonal, final sale or personal care may be ineligible for return.
- All refunds will be applied in the form of the original payment, or gift card.
- Credit card returns will only be issued to the original credit card account. If unavailable, a gift card will be issued.
- Items with gift receipts can be refunded to the original tender of the purchaser, or gift card.
- Large cash refunds may be subject to a mail check refund.
- Items carrying a manufacturer’s warranty may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must have all parts and accessories. Products missing the serial number will not be returned.
- After 30 days, all warranty related issues must be addressed through the manufacturer.
- We will aid in this to the best of our ability.
