Rome's original cast iron waffle iron is cast in the traditional round style that grandma used to use.
The quality cast iron construction makes big waffles in the traditional round shape. The two sides of the iron connect using our Rome pie iron style hinge system for secure use and easy cleanup. Rome has made this design for over 30 years.
- Dimensions: 6.75” diameter waffles, 10” overall length (including the 4” cast in handle)
Design works best on a 2-burner camp stove, bbq grill or campfire. If used on a gas stove top the stove should have a cast iron trivet that lifts the waffle iron off the surface so the user is able to get their hand around the handle. Not suitable for induction stove.
